TERMS AND CONDITION POLICIES

Libby's Druggan's Dressage has multiple goals in mind. I conduct my business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. 

My terms and conditions work for both house/ pet sitting/ equine care and management. 

Overview on how my service works

1) The ability for owners to make their property available to me as a house sitter

2) The ability for me to be able to provide the best service of caring for owner’s property and their pets

3) The use of other services within the property (gas, electric, water)

4) Payment is to be made within three days of the service being provided

Agreement between client and me 

1) A pre-visit will be made in order to meet client and/or their pets

2) I will provide details of my insurance and DBS certificate

3) Conformation of quote and debriefing

4) Relevant details will be collected for insurance purposes 

Owners Will:

1) Owners will be responsible for vaccinating pets and should inform me of any illnesses or dietary requirements

2) Owners to ensure that they have adequate veterinary care available for their pets along with insurance for me and authorisation to obtain veterinary care for pets during a sit if owner cant be reached. I will make all reasonable endeavours to obtain client’s permission for any required treatment 

3) Remain responsible for the cost of any veterinary treatment that your pets may require during a sit

4) Notify me of any special requirements or behaviours relating to pets

5) Ensure that there is correct home insurance in place that also covers a sitter to be in your home

6) Ensure that there are no internal video or sound recording or monitoring equipment enabled during a sit. 

I Will 

1) Make all reasonable efforts to contact owner if pets need veterinary care 

2) Get approval to take pets to the vets for treatment and get owners agreement to pay for any costs

3) Immediately contact owner in the event of any damages to property and get approval for any repairs at owners cost 

4) Will have correct insurances and correct criminal background checks via the Disclosure and Barring Service

5) I ensure that pets will remain in owners property over night

Cancellations 

Within 48hrs of service start - 50% of cost fee is required

Within 24hrs of service start - 100% of cost fees is required 

Fees

Payment terms are strictly within three days of the service being provided
